If one wants to lose weight efficiently, it is better to eat 6 small meals a day rather 3 large meals per day. Nothing in this world can replace whole foods, as they are in their natural state, and our bodies love it. Whole foods also give us that satisfaction of being full and give us energy. If you don’t believe that then try working out with 100% maximum intensity while surviving strictly off 6 protein shakes for the day. You won’t feel at your best, and will probably give out the first 15 minutes if you are doing high intensity cardio or weight lifting exercise.
